1. Service

Meet is a service operated by zimmer7 GmbH that lets registered users create meeting proposals with candidate times and collect availability from invitees via a shareable link.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, to keep your access credentials secure, and not to submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content. You are responsible for the content you enter and share.

3. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and are not liable for minor or temporary service disruptions.

4. Data protection

We process the data you provide solely to operate the service: your account email address, the proposals you create (name, description and candidate times), and the names and availability that invitees submit.

We store a session cookie to keep you signed in and an anonymous identifier to prevent an invitee from responding to the same proposal more than once.

We do not share your data with any third party, with the sole exception of lalalytics, our privacy-friendly analytics provider, which collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. There is no other external data sharing.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for a breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body or health.

6. Governing law

German law applies. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.
